Machines worth Rs 1.20 lakhs stolen from embroidery unit

Surat, Oct 29 (UNI) Machineries worth Rs 1.20 lakhs were stolen from an embroidery unit in Majiwala Estate in Varachcha area in the city.

According to Varachcha police sources,the theft of machineries from Manasi Fashion, an embroidery unit operating at Majiwala Estate were stolen yesterday.

The total loss calculated is Rs 1.20 lakhs, the Varachcha police said. The robbers broke open a window behind the unit and entered the unit premises, police said.

Varachcha police are investigating.
