'Indian' begins Tirupati-Delhi operations
Tirupati, Oct 29 (UNI) Indian (formerly Indian Airlines) began daily operations from Tiruapti to Delhi via Hyderabad at Renigunta Airport today.
Speaking on the occasion, its Commercial General Manager (southern region) E A Varghese said the Flight A-320 would have two classes- executive and economic- with a seating capacity of 140.
The flight takes off from Tirupati at 1410 hrs and lands at Delhi at 1800 hrs and in the return direction it leaves Delhi at 0950 hrs and arrives here at 1325 hrs via Hyderabad.
The flight also provides for onward connection to Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Chennai.
Earlier, Mr Varghese issued the first Tirupati-Hyderabad ticket to Tiruapti MLA M Venkataramana.
