Girl found dead

Idukki, Oct 29 (UNI) A 17-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide, in her house at Adimali, near here today.

Police said the girl Muneera, said to be sexually harassed by some people, was found dead in her house.

The girl's parents had lodged a complaint with the police that she was missing since October 17. However, she was taken into custody from Guruvayoor in Thrissur district on October 23, police added.

She told the police that she was sexually harassed by some people and an investigation was underway.
