Centre failed to control price rise: Rajnath Singh

Vidisha (MP), Oct 29: BJP President Rajnath Singh today alleged that the Centre has failed to check inflation as the prices of petrol and diesel rose upto a record seven times high in the last two years.

Mr Singh, while addressing an election meeting to garner support for party candidate Rampal Singh yesterday, said a surge in price of other necessary items had been witnessed.

He accused the Congress of adopting minority-appeasement policies. He added that the BJP will oppose the caste-based reservation in the country.
