2 Youth killed in road mishap

Jaunpur, Oct 29 (UNI) At least two persons were killed and another was seriously injured in a head on collision between two vehicles here last night, police today said.

The mishap occured in Sarainandan village under Machlipar police station area, where a motorcycle rammed into a speeding truck coming from the opposite direction.

Ramesh (27)-- a native of Baryipar area and Babban Srivastava(25) died on the spot, while Vijay Kumar (26) was rushed to district hospital in a critical condition.

Meanwhile, the truck was seized and search was on to arrest the driver, police added.
