Winter races to commence on November four

Bangalore, Oct 28 (UNI) The 35-day winter session of the Bangalore Turf Club will begin here from November four.

The schedule would conclude on March 31 with the Bangalore Juvenile Million for Grade II horses.

According to the calender announced by BTC the dates of other classic events were as follows: November 25: Bangalore 1000 Guineas, December 2: Bangalore Turf Club Trophy, December 9: Harvins Bangalore 2000 Guineas, January 5: Kelchandra New Millennium cup, January 6: Bangalore Oaks, January 13: Chief Ministers Trophy, January 26: Poonawalla Derby, February 2: Sprinters Trial Stakes, February 10: Stayers Trial Stakes, February 17: Bangalore Winter Million and February 24: Governor's Trophy.
