Teledata registers high growth in revenue

Chennai, Oct 28 (UNI) Teledata Informatics Limited, today announced that its revenue for the second quarter ended September 30, rose by 339 per cent to Rs 634.3 crore compared to the corresponding period last year, which stood at Rs 144.5 crore.

A company release here said the net profit for the quarter surged by 170 per cent to Rs 86.6 crore.

Revenue for the first-half of fiscal 2006-07 stood at Rs 976.7 crore, up by 252 per cent compared to Rs 277.8 crore, recorded in the same period of last fiscal.

During the same period, net profit jumped by 100 per cent to Rs 131.9 crore as against Rs 66.1 Crore, posted in the first-half of fiscal 2005-06.
