Rupala to take charge of Gujarat BJP president from Nov 9

Ahmedabad, Oct 28 (UNI) Newly elected BJP state president Parshottam Rupala will take charge at a huge party workers meeting to be held here on November nine.

The meeting will be attended by BJP national president Rajnath Singh and senior leader L K Advani.

Mr Rupala will also launch the party's strategy for the state assembly election, which is likely to be declared soon, said Bharatsinh Parmar, state BJP General Secretary in a statement here today.

The meeting will also be attended by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, BJP general secretary Om Mathur, who is in charge of Gujarat, and other senior leaders, Mr Parmar added.
