Police seize gas cylinders smuggled from Bangladesh

Krishnagar, Oct 28 (UNI) Police today arrested two youths and seized 38 gas cylinders being smuggled in here from Bangladesh.

Police said about four to five youths were carrying the gas cylinders in a jeep when they were nabbed at Jodhpur Railgate area under Nakashipara police station in Nadia district.

While two of the youths were arrested, the others fled. The arrested duo hailed from Murshidabad district.

Police seized all the cylinders and have launched an investigation.
