Jharkhand activist murder in Bengal

Midnapore, Oct 28 (UNI) Jharkhand Party (Naren Group) supporter Jadav Mahato was gunned down at Nuniara village in Jhargram today, polcie said.

The miscreants fired at Mahato from a close range when he was coming out of his home.

None could be arrested so far, police added.

Jharkhand Party chief Chuni Bala Hansda (MLA) alleged that CPI (M) activists were responsible for the murder.

Recently a local CPI (M) leader was similarly gunned down by some unidentifed miscreants. Then CPI (M) held Jharkhand activists responsible for that murder.
