Bharti Airtel's equity shares on FCCB conversion

Mumbai, Oct 28: Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the offering circular dated May 12 in 2004, the committee of directors of the board of Bharti Airtel, in its meeting held this morning has issued 206991 fully paid up equity shares of the company upon conversion of USD 1108000 FCCBs.

With the allotment of the above shares the equity base of the company has increased from present level of 1895492748 to 1895699739 equity shares of Rs 10 each, informed the company to the BSE here today.
