Bank of Baroda Q2 net up 11.30 pc

Mumbai, Oct 28 (UNI) The public sector Bank of Baroda has posted a net profit of Rs 288.36 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 259.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, an increase of 11.30 per cent.

Announcing the results, the bank said its total income has increased from Rs 2003.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 2507.66 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
