Antiques recovered in Bihar

Hajipur, Oct 28 (UNI) Idols of Lord Buddha and four Yakshinis of high antique value, suspected to have been stolen from temples, were recovered from Bagmali locality in Vaishali district.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Anil Kumar said that the value of the antiques was estimated at Rs five crore.

Two criminals Mohammad Yasin and Yogesh were arrested in this connection.

Interrogation was on to detect the smuggling network of the arrested criminals, he said.
