Sun TV Q2 net spurs 43 pc to Rs 48 crore

Mumbai, Oct 27 (UNI) Sun TV has posted a profit after taxes of Rs 47.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 33.61 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, a rise of 42.69 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income has increased from Rs 83.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 105.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
