Railway employee shot dead

Moradabad, Oct 27 (UNI) A railway employee was shot dead on duty by some miscreants in Moradabad town last night, police today said.

Balbir Singh, a head mecanic in the Railways' electricity department, was deputed at the Hathla Colony power sub-station, when he was shot.

A case had been registered and police were searching for clues in the crime.
