MTNL Q2 FY07 net slips 25.5 pc

New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) today reported a 25.5 dip its net profit at Rs 121.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to Rs 162.53 crore for the corresponding period last year.

The company's total income also decreased 4.65 per cent to Rs 1376.76 crore for the quarter from Rs 1444.05 crore for the same quarter previous ago.
