Bharat Electronics Q2 net rises marginally

Mumbai, Oct 27 (UNI) Bharat Electronics Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 148.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 146.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, an increase of 1.10 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income has increased from Rs 852.80 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 885.12 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
