AIDS patient commits suicide

Badwani (MP), Oct 27: Unable to bear loss of his wife, who died of AIDS 10 days back, a 45-year-old AIDS patient has committed suicide by consuming poison at Sendhwa in this district, police said today.

A grief-stricken Raju, who was perturbed since his wife's death, consumed poison in a drunken stupor on October 25 night and died while on way to hospital.

The couple's two-year-old child had died two years back. Raju's mother and brother are only left in the family.
