Two British children found dead in Corfu hotel

ATHENS, Oct 26 (Reuters) Two British children have been found dead and their parents alive but unconscious in a hotel room on the Greek island of Corfu, police said today.

''The children are dead and their parents are in a comatose condition,'' a police official told Reuters. ''They are all British citizens.'' The identity of the family, the cause of the children's deaths and their ages were not yet known.

The official said a coroner and emergency services had arrived at the hotel. The family had been staying at hotel in the village of Gouvia on Corfu.
