Bangalore, Oct 26 (UNI) Enterprise Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions provider Talisma Corporation today announced that it has signed 61 new customers in the third quarter ending September 30, which raises the company's customer count to over 200 worldwide this year, a growth of over 40 per cent.
In the third quarter, Talisma continued its international growth by winning a contract from the German operation of Weleda AG, a worldwide provider of complementary medicine, health foods and drinks, and cosmetics. Besides, the company had launched its second international website, localised in German.
''The growing number of interactions conducted via multiple channels has created a greater demand for Talisma products,'' company President and CEO Dan Vetras said.
''Our organisation continues to go the extra mile by providing customer service solutions to leading companies around the globe.
We are excited to see what we can accomplish in the fourth quarter of this year, as the first three have been tremendous,'' he added.
