Shastri directs MCD to launch anti-larva operation in all zones

New Delhi, Oct 26 (UNI) Delhi Health Minister Yoganand Shastri today directed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to launch anti-larva operation in all the zones of the capital to check breeding.

''Many cases of Dengue have been reported from the areas like Tuglakabad, Okhla and Badarpur of the central zone and we will provide more work force and equipment to the zone,'' he said after chairing a meeting to review Dengue situation in the capital.

Dr Shastri asked Deputy Health Offices to involve RWAs and local communities in anti Dengue programmes.
