Orpendale wins the main event

Mysore, Oct 26 (UNI) Public Choice Orpendale ( K P G Appu UP) won the Rajendra Vilas cup, the main event of the races held here today.

The winner is owned by Kr Yadvendra Singh and trained by R R Byramji.Trainer G Sandhu and Jockey Harish scored combination doubles.

Five favourites obliged punters in a card of nine events.

Dr M A M Ramaswamy delcared leading owner for the highest stakes of Rs 97,67,760.

R Foley won the leading champion trainer for having saddled 37 winners while B Prakash claimed the champion jockey trophy by ridden 29 winners.

M/s R R Enterprises won the leading bookmaker for collected highest field money. Mysore Mail an english eveninger won the tipster trophy for tipped 52 winners."Our Ownstar" declared the horse of the season by winning three times and one second in four starts.
