India Today Grp launches Men's Health Magazine

The Indian edition of Men's Health, the largest men's magazine in the world, from the India Today Group will hit the stands with the November issue and will be available in top Indian cities across India.

Men's Health is the world's largest men's lifestyle magazine with a worldwide readership of over 20 million readers across 43 countries. The Indian edition of Men's Health will be the magazines 37th edition. It will speak to every aspect of a man's life, providing readers with the latest information on health, fitness, nutrition, sex, relationships, style, gadgets and gizmos.

Men's Health is all about personal relevance. By, for and about men, from cover to cover, each issue will provide readers with both practical and entertaining information that they can use each day, in every part of their lives.

With a tag line pledging to be 'The Magazine Men Live By', the magazine is positioned to be a contemporary Lifestyle magazine, especially for the active, successful, professional men, who want greater control over their physical, mental and emotional lives.

Sharing insights on the groups strategy behind the new introduction, Ashish Bagga, Chief Executive Office, India Today Group, said, "In today's attention-dwindling times, with the wide variety of information sources available, niche media is the way to target specific interest groups. As the country's largest magazine publisher, identifying such niche areas and bringing into India well-respected international media brands is an important part of the growth strategy of the India Today Group."

The premier issue debuts with -

With an initial print run of 50,000 copies, Men's Health will be an info-centric as well as a design-intensive magazine, quite a rare mix in the Indian media scene. A monthly magazine, Men's Health will be priced at Rs. 50/- per issue.

The editorial team will be led by Jamal Shaikh as the editor. Prior to joining the magazine, Jamal has worked with DNA and The Times of India, and has over 12 years of experience. He also supports keen interest in health, fitness, sport, and has worked in international media.
