Corporation Bank Q2 net up 20 pc to Rs 127 crore

Mumbai, Oct 26 (UNI) The public sector Corporation Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 127.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 105.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, a rise of 20.27 per cent.

Announcing the results, the Bank said its total income has increased from Rs 785.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 945.54 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
