CBI arrests 3 customs officials

Kochi, Oct 26 (UNI) The CBI today arrested three customs officials on charges of graft here.

A CBI official said Preventive Officers V Prakashan, V K Pai and Havildar Thulasidas were arrested for allegedly taking bribes from passengers at the Nedumbassery Airport near here.

The investigating agency had raided the airport and seized considerable amount of unaccounted foreign and Indian currency from certain customs officials on October 18.
