Andhra Bank Q2 net up 10.19 pc to Rs 146 crore

Mumbai, Oct 26 (UNI) The public sector Andhra Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 146.44 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 132.89 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, an increase of 10.19 per cent.

Announcing the results, the bank said its total income has increased from Rs 753.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 900.75 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
