25 kg can bomb recovered in school

Giridih, Oct 26: Police recovered a can bomb weighing about 25 kgs from Nikonia School under Pirtand police station area in this district today.

Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar Singh said the bomb was targetted to attack the forces as police were supposed to stay in the school building.

The SP said a 50 metre wire was also attached to the can adding delay in its recovery might have resulted in a huge explosion.
