Three day police remand for NPS Bindra

Shimla, Oct 25 (UNI) A local court today sent proprietor of the BRC Institute of Chandigarh to three-day police remand in the HP Combined Pre-Medical Test (HPCPM) paper scam to ascertain his role in the scam.

The court remanded Bindra NPS to police remand following police request to ascertain his role in the whole scam, a senior police official requesting anonymity said here.

Bindra, wanted in the paper leak case, was arrested yesterday after he arrived here to seek bail from a local court.

The official said Bindra was arrested late last night after being detained earlier in the day yesterday to ascertain his role in the paper leak scam.
