Seven people arrested in gangrape case

Aizawl, Oct 25 (UNI) Seven people were arrested today for allegedly gangraping two women at Edenthar locality here.

Police said about 10 youth had allegedly gangraped two women near Chanmari cemetery on Monday night.

A taxi driver reported the incident to the village defence party, who in turn reported the matter to the police.

Police is investigating the matter.
