Militants set abalze mansion of VDC member in Ramban

Jammu, Oct 25 (UNI) Militants set ablaze the house of a Village Defence Committee (VDC) member at Ramban in Doda district, police said here today.

A double-storey house of Punjab Singh, was set on fire by the militants last night at Jarwary Sumer in Ramban, police sources said.

The loss of property was estimated at about Rs 4 lakh, sources said, adding, no person was reportedly hurt in the incident.
