Mani Shanker to take charge of DoNER on Oct 27

New Delhi, Oct 25: Minister for Panchayati Raj, Youth Affairs and Sports Mani Shankar Aiyer, who has been given the additional charge of the Department for the Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) in yesterday's mini cabinet reshuffle, is expected to take charge on Friday.

According to sources, Mr Aiyer, who is currently in Gangtok on an official visit, is expected to come back tomorrow by late evening.
