Diversion of trains in Waltair Division postponed: Rly DCM

Visakhapatnam, Oct 25 (UNI) East Coast Railway Divisional Commercial Manager (DCM) K C Paradhan today announced that the diversion of several trains via Duvvada in Waltair Division due to route-relay non-interlocking works has been postponed.

Mr Paradhan said the work, scheduled to begin today would be taken up after 15 days. The postponement was due to some unavoidable reasons and the revised schedule would be announced later.

Nine pairs of daily trains would have halted at Gopalapatnam station had the work been taken up as scheduled, he said.
