BJP slams SP for vote bank politics
Ferozabad, Oct 25 (UNI) The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) today accused the Samajwadi Party (SP) led Uttar Pradesh government of vote bank politics.
Addressing a gathering, Senior BJP leader Kalraj Mishra criticised Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav for playing a'prank' on the youth in the form of unemployment allowance and 'kanya vidhya dhan yojna'.
''The Chief Minister is just befooling the people and has nothing to do with their grievances. the SP is only concerned about its vote bank.'' Mr Mishra alleged.
Expressing concern over the ''dismal'' law and order situation in UP, he maintained that over the years, crime had risen, while people still lacked basic amenities like water and electricity.
