Youth dies in road accident

Kolkata, Oct 24 (UNI) A 31-year-old man was killed and another critically injured when a private bus ran over them at AJC Bose road in cetnral Kolkata tonight, police said.

The accident occurred when the bus was trying to overtake a mini bus near Khanna cinema, Shyampukur police sation officer Dulal Dey said.

He said Sukumar Ghosh, a local resident died on the spot while the injured was taken to R G Kar hospital.

The bus was seized but the driver fled.
