Top US commander in Iraq says Iran, Syria unhelpful

BAGHDAD, Oct 24 (Reuters) The top US commander in Iraq, General Georgy Casey, said today that Iran and Syria were being ''decidely unhelpful'' in Iraq by providing support to armed groups in Iraq.
