Regular carbine recovered from vehicle

Patna, Oct 24 (UNI) The Patna police today recovered a regular carbine, mainly used by the police, and live cartridges from a vehicle during a raid near Kotwali police station here.

Officer In-charge of Kotwali police station Ajay Kumar said the police team raided the vehicle following a tip-off and seized the firearms.

He said the person driving the vehicle managed to escape from the spot.

He said raids were on to nab the criminal.
