Drunken father rapes daughter in Amritsar

Amritsar, Oct 24 (UNI) An inebriated man allegedly raped his daughter at their house in Khalra village, near here here last night, police today stated.

The police has registered a case against the accused identified as Surinder Singh, who is absconding.

In another case, two teenaged girls were allegedly kidnapped and raped by a group of six boys near Nag Kalan village in the district last night. The victims after their release from captivity reported the matter to the Civil Lines police and a case was registered.

The accused were all absconding.
