Central and North zone to clash in Duleep trophy from Oct 27

Jamshedpur, Oct 24 (UNI) Central Zone will take on North Zone in the Duleep trophy match to be played at Keenan stadium here from October 27 to 30.

Central Zone which managed to clinch a draw due to bad light against East Zone in Gwalior would try to go for a win against North Zone, studded with star players like Gautam Gambhir and Ashish Nehra.

J P Yadav, who played for the national sie in one-day internationals, will lead Central Zone while Murali Karthik will be his deputy.

North Zone: Mithun Manhas, Gautam Gambhir, Akash Chopra, Ravneet Ricky, Sachin Rana, Yashpal Singh, Mahesh Rawat, M Bisla, Ashish Nehra, V R V Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Joginder Sharma, Rajesh Sharma, Virat Kohli and Vishal Bhatia.
