Togadia warns of country-wide agitation if Afzal not hanged

Sultanpur, Oct 20 (UNI) VHP firebrand general secretary Praveen Bhai Togadia today reiterated that they will organise a massive country-wide agitation if 2001 Parliament attack convict Mohammad Afzal Guru was not hanged.

Addressing a news conference here, Dr Togadia also talked about the Ram temple movement saying if needed, other political parties would be associated with it.

''We will ensure that the Ram temple movement does not clash with the Assembly polls,'' he said.

Dr Togadia informed the Parishad would organise the third Vishwa Hindu Sammelan (International Hindu Conference) at Prayag in February next year during the 'ardhkumbha'.

''Such conferences form part of the Ram temple movement,'' he added.
