Senior Congress leader Prabhakar Kore shot by his cousin

Balgaum, Oct 19 (UNI) Senior Congress leader Prabhakar Kore, MLC, was shot at by his cousin Jagadish Kore over a property dispute at his residence this afternoon.

Seriously injured Mr Kore was rushed to KLE Hospital and a team of Doctors led by Dr Dikshit are attending.

Police said that Mr Jagadish Kore fired thrice with a revolver from the back after verbal altercation over a land in Ankali village, his native place.

Mr Kore's condition was stated to be critical.
