Court rejects petition of RJD MP Rana in DA case

Patna, Oct 19 (UNI) Patna High Court today rejected RJD MP R K Rana' petition, filed to quash framing of charges by the CBI in connection with the Disproportionate Asset (DA) case against him.

The court of Justice Mridula Mishra turned down the petition allowing the CBI to frame charges against Mr Rana.

Earlier, Mr Rana, one the prime accused of the multi-crore rupee fodder scam, had been charged with collecting property to the tune of Rs two crore and 14 lakh beyond all known sources of his income.
