Itanagar: Sonia to inaugurate Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan

Itanagar, Oct 17: Congress President Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, the new office building of Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) here soon.

According to official sources here today, the Congress chief conveyed this message to Chief Minister Gegong Apang and APCC President Omem Moyong Deori, who called on her at New Delhi yesterday.

Ms Gandhi informed them that she was keen to visit Itanagar, inaugurate the PCC office and unveil the bust of late Rajiv Gandhi.

She further added that she would confirm the date of her visit to Itanagar as soon as her programme was finalised, party sources informed.
