Jet Airways nose dives to a loss of Rs 55.13 cr

Mumbai, Oct 17: Jet Airways India has posted a net loss of Rs 55.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 in contrast to a net profit of Rs 68.59 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.

Announcing the results, the company said the total income, however, increased to Rs 1821.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 from Rs 1324.24 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, registering a growth of 37.5 per cent.
