High Court stays arrest of Kaushal Yadav

Patna, Oct 16 (UNI) Patna High Court today stayed the arrest of Independent MLA from Gobindganj, Kaushal Yadav in connection with misappropriation of funds in sand contract given to him in Nawada.

Justice Indu Prabha Singh stayed the execution of the warrant of arrest issued from the local court in Nawada.

Mr Yadav had approached the court for relief.
