Bush telephones Manmohan to discuss N-deal, North Korea

New Delhi, Oct 16 (UNI) US President George W Bush today telephoned Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss current issues, including the developments in North Korea, Pakistan and Afghanistan, besides the India-US civil nuclear deal.

The two leaders also discussed the Doha Round of trade negotiations.

''The 10-minute conversation this evening provided an opportunity to both leaders to exchange views on current matters,'' an External Affairs Ministry release here said.
