Two people killed and five injured in a road mishap

Belgaum, Oct 13 (UNI) Two people were killed and five injured when a bullock cart in which they were travelLing was hit by a lorry near Sankeshwar town in Belgaum district today.

According to police, the lorry rammed into the bullock cart killing two and oxen and injuring five others. While a two and a half-month old child escaped unhurt in the mishap.

All the injured have been admitted to government hospital at Sankeshwar and the dead have been identified as Godabai Kamble (35) and Sunita Kamble (20) hailing from Auralli village in Usmanabad district of Maharashtra.
