J and K sex scandal: One more bail plea

Chandigarh, Oct 13 (UNI) Justice Rajive Bhalla of Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued notice to the CBI and other respondents for November two on a bail plea of Reyaz Ahmed Kawa, one of the accused in the infamous Srinagar sex scandal, the trial of which was now being held before the special judge, Chandigarh.

Only yesterday, another accused had sought bail alleging he had falsely been implicated in the case. Kawa too has moved the high court for grant of bail on the similar lines.
