Jessica case: Malini permitted to go abroad by HC
New Delhi, Oct 13: Fashion designer and key witness in the Jessica Lal murder case Malini Ramani was today granted permission by the Delhi High Court to travel abroad for attending exhibitions.
Justice Anil Kumar asked Malini to submit the passports of her parents besides Rs five lakhs as pre-conditions for travelling to Bali and Bangkok.
The Counsel, appearing for Malini, submitted that the petitioner had earlier gone abroad after seeking the court's permission.
The Court asked Malini to return to India by November 1 and report to the Investigating Officer (IO).
