DSK legal launches first LPO services in India

Mumbai, Oct 13 (UNI) DSK Legal, one of the leading law firms in the country today announced the setting up of India's first of its kind, Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) Legasis Services Pvt Ltd in Pune, to offer IT enabled and comprehensive one stop value added solution in LPO segment for international clients.

Located at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Pune, Legasis is the first initiative in India that offers IT-enabled services to the foreign law firms and multinational corporations, that would desire to outsource its legal functions such as Contract Drafting, Document Review, Arbitration&Litigation support, Patents and other intellectual property related services to save on their costs and focus on their core legal aspects that are important to their businesses.

Dr Kiran Karnik, President, Nasscom, today formally inaugurated the state-of-the-art 5,000 sq feet facilities of Legasis in Pune, amidst elite gathering from the corporate and legal field from Mumbai and Pune.

Devising solutions that integrate with the businesses would be a challenge at Legasis as there is no other LPO in the business right now in India.
