Chemmanur jewellers to open showroom in Hubli

Hubli, Oct 13: Chemmanur jewellers will open its 12th showroom in Karnataka here on October 15, Chemmanur Group of Companies Chairman George Chemmanur announced today.

Addressing a press conference here, he said the innovative idea of taking the showroom to the people had resulted in a number of small showrooms being established in small cities, making it convenient for people to buy jewellery in their own hometown.

Mr Chemmanur said building on a time-tested tradition of trust and reliability, the Rs 450 crore Chemmanur Group had been steadily moving ahead on the growth path. With 36 companies spread across India and the Middle East engaged in providing a variety of products and services, the company was in an excellent position to serve a wide spectrum of customers within and outside the country.

To a question, he said the company planned to open another 30 to 32 showrooms at various places, including Hassan, Bellary, Shimoga and Doddaballapur in another couple of years.
